We also export green coffee

At éepa Coffee, we go beyond roasted coffee. We also work with Colombian green coffee for export, offering roasters, cafés, and importers access to coffees with a clearly defined origin and sensory profile.

Our current coffee comes from Isnos, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,800–1,850 meters above sea level, with Caturra, Papayo, and Bourbon varieties. It is washed and sun-dried, resulting in a clean and sweet cup with bright citrus acidity.

Coffee selected with the roaster in mind

Each lot is supported by physical and sensory information, including moisture, density, milling yield, and cupping notes. Our current lot has 10.5% green coffee moisture and a density of 747.6 g/L.

In the cup, you can expect notes of panela, caramel, lemon, apricot, chocolate, toasted almonds, and walnut, combined with a medium, silky body and a clean, refreshing finish. The coffee was evaluated by an Arabica Q-Gradertogether with a quality analyst and barista.
